Roots is a Learning Platform created for YOU.
It has been crafted to cover a range of skills which people at various levels within impact organizations require.  We have also created multiple pathways to access this learning ranging from live workshops and sessions to self-paced content on the Phicus Resource Hub.

We propose a simple approach to help you get started on your Roots journey.​

Reflect

Start by mapping your own skill levels through a simple self assessment, using the tools below. The idea is to create the space for some introspection around one’s own strengths and opportunities for strengthening.  

Prioritize

Pick 2 – 3 skills you would like to work on over the next 6 – 12 months.  Remember – these don’t necessarily have to be areas of improvement! Oftentimes, you may also choose to further strengthen a skill you are already good at or even one you are just curious about!
