Audience Profile: mid to senior career managers and leaders, with at least 8 years of overall experience and a minimum of 2 years in a people manager role
Session Objective
To demystify leadership coaching by explaining what it is, how it works, and how it differs from other development approaches, while giving participants a hands-on experience of coaching mindsets and techniques within a supportive, interactive environment.
Session Outcome
