Globalization and advances in information and communication technology have transformed the modern work environment into a 24/7 landscape characterized by rapid change, intense competition, and unprecedented access to communication and information. These pressures significantly contribute to stress related to workload and information processing. Unfortunately, this stress not only diminishes performance but can also lead to a reduced sense of meaning and purpose, as well as physical and mental health issues. Understanding stress and developing strategies to boost resilience are critical skills for contemporary leaders. As they navigate the demands of their work, they must address the nature of stressors prevalent in today’s workplaces. This Course Era course aims to equip leaders with tools to manage these challenges effectively. Participants will explore personal resilience, which involves the capacity to withstand and cope with stress. They will learn the self-management, motivation and organization, recognizing that resilience is influenced by health and social relationships.
