Impact so far

Field staff rated Sahuri's letters 4.8/5 for clarity and usefulness, with 100% agreement. 95% reported applying Sahuri's messages on the ground, and 95% observed a positive shift in how their community responded. One SPOC estimated Sahuri replaced what would have cost over ₹2.5 lakhs and five days of in-person training, at zero cost.

How Sahuri works
Sahuri's letters are written from lived field experience, not classroom theory. They carry one clear takeaway per letter, delivered directly on WhatsApp so no app, login, or extra data plan gets in the way.
This is Sahuri's first layer. A second layer is now in build: knowledge tracks customised to each worker's actual role, spanning health, livelihoods, climate, governance, and education. The letters stay constant. The knowledge underneath them gets sharper.
The Vision

Millions of frontline workers carry India's development work forward: NGO field staff, ASHA workers, SHG cadres like Krishi Sakhi and Bank Sakhi, nano-entrepreneurs, elder care workers. Almost none of them receive structured, ongoing capacity building today.
Sahuri's ambition is to close that gap at scale. The goal is for Sahuri to become shared infrastructure that NGOs and government programmes run for the frontline populations they already reach, the way Project ECHO works in healthcare or the IB curriculum works in education. By 2030, Sahuri aims to reach 4,00,000 workers across these cadres.
