About the event
In this peer learning session, we will explore how to conduct process evaluations, focusing on their main components and the critical aspects that key stakeholders should consider. This includes examining program fidelity, adoption rates, processes followed, and overall efficacy. The team from Population Council Institute, will share real-life examples from a process evaluation conducted for a Maternal Health Program under the Meghalaya government, guiding us through the entire evaluation process. Participants will then collaborate with facilitators to develop process evaluation steps tailored to their key projects.
Session objective
To equip participants with the knowledge and skills to conduct effective process evaluations by understanding their main components and critical aspects such as program fidelity, adoption, processes followed, and efficacy. This will be achieved through real-life examples and guided practice.
Session outcome:
By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of the process evaluation methodology and will be able to develop customized process evaluation steps for their key projects
