In this peer learning session, we will explore how to conduct process evaluations, focusing on their main components and the critical aspects that key stakeholders should consider. The team from Population Council Institute, will share real-life examples from a process evaluation conducted for a Maternal Health Program under the Meghalaya government, guiding us through the entire evaluation process. Participants will then collaborate with facilitators to develop process evaluation steps tailored to their key projects.
