About the event

Session Objective


This session will help participants understand practical ways to build community voice and accountability that strengthen organisational responsiveness and enable more effective engagement with public systems.


Session Outcome:

Participants will leave with 2–3 practical methods to strengthen community voice, improve accountability mechanisms, and apply people-led accountability approaches in their own programs.


Facilitators/Moderator Profile: K Vishnu Mohan Rao


Vishnu leads the Electricity Governance team, strengthening their work on environment- and energy-related issues with a focus on regulatory law, economics, and governance. He currently coordinates several key projects, including Tamil Nadu Leadership in Energy Transition, the Cool Roofs Initiative, Climate Resilience in Agriculture (CRA), Electricity Consumer Cells (ECCs), and Electricity Billing Governance (EBG).
