This session builds on Session 1 by revisiting the PRICE framework and introducing advanced prompting to improve AI outputs for CSO work. Participants will explore AI’s limitations, practice iterative prompting through hands-on exercises, and define what should remain under human oversight.

Ideal for: Same mixed cohort of CSO professionals as Session 1. This session assumes participants have attended Session 1 or have basic knowledge of using latest LLMs for their day to day work.

Objective:
To revisit and reinforce Session 1 foundations particularly the PRICE framework and basic prompting
To introduce two advanced but immediately accessible prompting techniques - chain-of-thought prompting (asking AI to reason step-by-step) and few-shot prompting (giving AI examples of what you want) and demonstrate how these dramatically improve output quality for CSO work tasks.
