A hands-on session in Stakeholder management, addressing the following objectives:
Articulate goals for the organization or project and identify key internal and external stakeholders.
Determine the role of each stakeholder and explore methods for understanding and aligning stakeholders' interests and expectations.
Learn strategies for engaging stakeholders effectively, including communication techniques and relationship-building approaches.
Develop action plans for implementing stakeholder management practices.
