Step-Up to Management Series - From Me to We: Stepping Into Your First Leadership Role

Audience Profile:  Individual contributors who are new to their role of managing teams or are first time supervisors or you want to prepare yourself for a team management role.

• Learn practical ways to build trust, clarity, and shared responsibility in teams
