About Roots

Roots is a Capacity Building Platform for Social Impact Organizations in South and South East Asia. Roots focuses on augmenting the resilience of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), Community Organizations (COs) and Social Enterprises (SEs) through a suite of capacity building solutions for senior leaders, mid-level managers, young leaders, field staff and volunteers within these organizations.  Roots also supports Change Makers in Communities through resilience building capacity solutions.  Roots is designed and hosted by Phicus Social Solutions, seed-funded by the David and Lucile Packard Foundation and supported by the Public Health Institute.
